SHIPPING. All orders are processed upon receipt. We generally ship out the orders on the same business day if we receive your order before 2:00 P.M. (PST). However, our normal order processing time is one to three business days. Any orders received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on a holiday will be processed on the next available business day (Monday through Friday). If your order will be subject to any delays (i.e., back order or further credit card verification), we will notify you immediately and you will be given the choice of remain on back order, subsitute to another item, or cancel your order.
